Juan and Joel were clear and concise in answering all our questions. The team left our home and yard neat and clean without a trace of their presence. We had concerns about several leaks as it was a few weeks before they could start the job. They completed all the temporary repairs immediately, at no additional charge. We especially liked the cam pictures, as they sent pictures of their progress each day. While they specialize in all types of roofs, they were experts on redoing a tile roof. Well worth the cost. I called Premium Roofing and a rep was at our property the next day to check things out. He not only checked out the location of the leak but the entire roof for additional problem spots. Based on what was discovered, we discussed the pros and cons of a short time repair or a full replacement. We chose the full replacement and the crew completed the work the following week. The crew worked diligently for 2 days to complete the project. Everything was clean and neat when they finished. We were very pleased with Premium's efficiency and clear communication.
